Engineering thinking. Real-world systems.

Christine Mendoza is an industrial engineering graduate studying the Diploma of Engineering — Technical at AIAS Brisbane, and is building toward a career in construction robotics and field technology. At EZPZ Mowing, a robotic mowing company in South East Queensland, she maps work areas for satellite-guided robotic mowers, supports installations and aftercare, and built the company's sales pipeline, operating procedures and an AI-assisted proposal system with human review at every stage.

Sales pipeline & customer journey restructure

ChallengeJob queues mixed customer progress with communication activity and grouped undecided, deferred and negotiating leads. ContributionDesigned and configured 17 queues with entry, next-action, timing and exit rules; automated the proposal follow-up cadence. Read case study →

AI-assisted PCP & proposal system

ChallengeRecommendations were written by hand and specs looked up one model at a time; recorded errors showed where rules were needed. ContributionStructured a Claude Project, two skills and a maintained specs sheet behind three human approval gates. In daily use. Read case study →

CS-04Systems · workflow architecture

Business operating system & workflow architecture

ChallengeWork arrived as one weekly Slack message, progress was reported by message, and procedures had no common format. ContributionBuilt a Notion task database with Slack status updates, a daily brief, an Executive HQ and a standard SOP template. Read case study →
2.0 — Transferable capability

What the work demonstrates

Transferable foundations, not equivalent professional experience.

A1

Site assessment & spatial mapping

Work areas, stay-out zones and transport paths mapped for satellite-guided mowers; lawn zones mapped in Queensland Globe for pre-consult pricing.

CS-01 · CS-03 → SURVEYING / GEOSPATIAL
A2

Field robotics deployment & support

Installation-day mapping, capacity checks against manufacturer ratings, and first-line fault triage coordinated through to technician repair.

CS-01 → ROBOTICS / FIELD TECHNOLOGY
B1

Technical documentation

Four drawing-set case studies with evidence references, a standard SOP template, and a specifications and inventory reference sheet.

CS-01–04 → CAD / DOCUMENTATION
C1

Workflow & systems architecture

Stage models with entry, exit and timing rules; a single task database feeding notifications, daily briefs and management views.

CS-02 · CS-04 → DIGITAL DELIVERY
C2

Rule-based, reviewed AI drafting

Structured knowledge, exact-row pricing and human approval gates, with 13 dated rule changes each tied to a recorded error or decision.

CS-03 → DIGITAL ENGINEERING
